Rosecliffe Spencer Academy

The new £5.3m academy, part of The Spencer Academies Trust, is set to complete in September 2020, in time for the new academic year.

It will be built next to the partly-constructed Rose Way, near 541 homes under construction off Melton Road, and a further 386 which are occupied or under construction on Rose Way.

​

The works package includes; foundations for the school, car park for teachers and parents, storm and foul drainage, temporary and external works.
